The Bay Area Air Quality Change out has ended. Even though $400,000.00 has been approved for use by the BAAQMD Board, at this time no further change outs are planned.

The BAAQMD will administer all aspects of the continuing change out, including all forms, paperwork, and distribution of funds.

Forms already submitted to HPBA Pacific in the first phase of the program will be fulfilled by HPBA Pacific, and any questions regarding those forms or rebates should be directed to our offices, attention Steve or Kaity, (626) 237-1200.
